DJ CHUCKIE @ DIESEL CLUB LOUNGE

Dutch DJ and international performer Chuckie came to Pittsburgh on May 18th, 2012 to preform a 2-hour set after playing at EDC New York only hours beforehand.
With opening sets by DJ B-Wood and DJ 7UP, Chuckie took the stage and eventually jumped off of it.

“Technology and the Creative Fire” was the theme of this Art+Technology event in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, PA. Hosted by Lyn Heward, international Creative Director and Executive Producer from Cirque du Soleil, the night honored people and companies in the region for their outstanding work with technology and the arts.
Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center presented the second annual Pausch Prize to internationally-acclaimed game developer, Will Wright, designer of The Sims game series.

I have had the privilege of taking pictures in some of Pittsburgh most active bars/nightclubs. Using the ever-changing lighting and environment I try to capture interesting images before they disappear. Usually shooting thousands of images in a night to only find a couple handful that correctly capture the vibe of the night.

I took a trip to Washington, D.C. late October 2010 for a concert and decided to stay a few days to tour the city. This was my first time visiting my nations capitol and I ventured out during the day to take some pictures of the National Mall and back again after dark to get a different perspective of the area.

While I was in town, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert held their Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear on the National Mall. I stayed an extra day to experience being in the crowd for one of these events and took some pictures of the crowd.
